Lime/NaOH raises pH to 11 to release ammonia

To 65–70°C using waste heat

Ammonia Stripping

NH₃ separated via air stripping in packed columns

Acid Scrubbing

Captured with H₂SO₄ → Ammonium Sulfate Solution

Condensation & Compression

Ammonia gas cooled under pressure to form Liquid Ammonia (NH₃(l)) at -33°C, 8–10 bar

Storage & Utilization

Fertilizer-grade ammonium sulfate or industrial-grade liquid ammonia
